Eligible projects may include, but are not limited to:
- Home safety and accessibility improvements, such as installing bathroom grab bars, repairing unsafe steps or decks, adding handrails or improving walkways.
- Modifications related to illness, injury or disability, such as wheelchair ramps, clearing or improving pathways or installing a walk-in or accessible shower.
- Health and safety hazard remediation, such as removing physical hazards in the home, replacing smoke or carbon monoxide detectors or repairing hazardous electrical fixtures or wiring.
