Jo Bryant, Board Chair

Jo serves on the Board of Lopez Island Home and Hospice and is honored to support an organization that provides compassionate care to members of the Lopez Island community.
Professionally, Jo has spent nearly three decades working in enterprise software sales and business development, partnering with teams across tax, finance, technology, and operations. Her experience coordinating complex initiatives and building strong, trusted relationships informs her thoughtful, collaborative approach to board service.
Jo has a deep appreciation for the unique character of Lopez Island and is committed to helping sustain services that allow neighbors to receive care with dignity, comfort, and connection close to home.
AnneMarie Killen-Gall, Vice Chair

AnneMarie started volunteering with LIHHS in 2021 and, like many of our volunteers, quickly found that her client became a dear friend. AnneMarie enjoys gardening, growing food, playing with her dogs, and spending time with family.
Elizabeth Suden, Secretary

Elizabeth’s extensive career working for nonprofits in the field of public health include her early interest in reproductive health which provided opportunities to manage Phase II and Phase III research studies of new contraceptive methods as well as program management experience managing federal family planning/Title X funding for county public health departments, Planned Parenthood affiliates and FQHC’s in northern California.
Prior to moving to Lopez, Elizabeth finished a long career in the national office of Kaiser Permanente guiding geriatric and palliative care programs across the organization. Elizabeth has a deep passion for supporting people to age in place and an ongoing curiosity regarding the many facets of end-of-life issues and care.
June Coover, Treasurer

June retired in 2022 after a 35-year career in the field of environmental consulting, most recently as a partner in a global firm whose focus was sustainability. She and her husband moved to Lopez in summer of 2019 and have fallen in love with the community and its people.
June’s passion is helping people and she also serves on the board for Lopez Island Home and Hospice Support. When not volunteering, she and her husband spend time with their kids who are scattered down the west coast and in nature camping, hiking and loving the natural wonders of this world!
Rachel Bigby

Rachel has been volunteering with LIHHS since 2023 and became a member of the board in 2025. She enjoys exploring the beauty of Lopez Island and spending quality time with dogs.
Bobbie Holt

Bobbie has a varied background, having worked 10 years as a veterinary technician, 10 years as a buyer of children’s clothing and manager of a children’s store, 10 years managing a photography studio and 24 years owning her own software company. Bobbie graduated from the University of Washington with a major in German language. After moving to Lopez full-time 12 years ago, she was hired by Island Hospital to be the administrator for their physical therapy department in the Lopez clinic.
As a founding member, an owner and the administrator of the private Lopez Island Physical Therapy practice for 7 years, she has come to understand many of the needs of our wonderful community. She is an ideas person, a helper, a hiker, a biker, a reader, and a traveler (in her spare time).
