Your evening begins with handcrafted cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages, followed by a multi-course feast inspired by “Mexico: The Cookbook” by Margarita Carrillo Arronte — a definitive exploration of Mexico’s vibrant regional cuisines. Each dish is thoughtfully curated and prepared with care, offering an elevated and authentic taste of Mexico’s culinary heritage.

Guests will also receive a copy of “Mexico: The Cookbook” to take home.

This unforgettable dinner will take place on a mutually convenient date in 2026, and promises an evening of superb food, warm Lopezian hospitality, and the chance to enjoy the Jennings’ spectacular waterfront setting.
